Our refund notification period is 72 hours from the marked time of delivery. If, for whatever reason, your expectations of the instrument are not met please inform us within this period that you intend to return it. Repackage the guitar exactly as it was sent to you and ship it back, insured, at your expense. We will refund your payment in full, minus the shipping costs, when the instrument returns to the store in the same condition that it left. Guitars that return to us damaged due to poor or improper packaging will not qualify for refund.
Warranties involving the stability of our process are covered over a 3 month period and are covered with full repair and shipping costs. Photo proof and emailed description of failure is required for approval. Any new, noticeable trauma to the instrument will be compared to our records - trauma to the instrument while in your care voids warranty if in relation to failure.
